Do you have a passion for people, organisation, and supporting great recruitment experiences? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking HR team. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, onboard, and support talented individuals who make Redkite a great place to work.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and record-keeping to engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

With a proud history of supporting individuals, families, and businesses since 1898, Redkite Solicitors combines strong foundations with a modern outlook — growing while staying true to our values of Trust, Boldness, Teamwork and Excellence.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across the HR function, ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day people operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation in line with company policy and data protection standards.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes — preparing offer packs, coordinating welcome activities, and ensuring new joiners are set up for success.
  • Act as a key contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional assistance on HR processes and systems.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, wellbeing, training, and benefits administration.
  • Help coordinate aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing correspondence, and updating recruitment records.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes, helping to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • HR Admin Experience – Prior experience in a similar role, you take pride in keeping HR processes accurate, compliant, and well-documented.
  • People-focused and approachable – you build positive relationships and provide a welcoming, professional service to colleagues and candidates alike.
  • Proactive and adaptable – you can juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communicator – clear, courteous, and confident across written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy – confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems or digital tools.
  • Collaborative team player – supportive, dependable, and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Driving Licence – Some travel to our various offices is a key part of the role.
What’s In It For You?

We’re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing HR team where you can grow and thrive.

  • 25 days annual leave, plus up to 5 additional days accrued through length of service
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave
  • Life Assurance
  • Redkite Rewards scheme
  • Pension Scheme
  • Contributions to gym membership
  • Career development opportunities and ongoing HR learning support
  • A collaborative, friendly working environment with weekly team days in the Cardiff office
