We’re seeking a hands‑on Recruitment Manager to lead and support a busy team of recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for someone immediately available with proven experience in both recruitment and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the recruitment team, ensuring smooth delivery across all active roles and projects.
  • Provide direct support, coaching, and guidance to recruiters, helping them navigate challenges and meet targets.
  • Lead by example, actively contributing to recruitment activity where needed.
  • Monitor performance and workflow, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Drive team motivation and foster a positive, productive working environment.
