Overview

Are you an experienced, outcome-focused HR professional ready for a fast-paced role? Join our HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations Team at the University as a HR Adviser and play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team of HR Managers and Advisers, contributing directly to the University's success and continuous improvement. You’ll deliver expert HR support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, building strong, collaborative relationships with University managers and staff across various schools and departments. The role requires you to be flexible, decisive and results-focused, comfortably managing risk and leading initiatives to enhance the University’s performance through HR policy and practice.
