- Civica Abritas knowledge desirable but training provided
We’re seeking a Housing Solutions Officer for a 2-month office-based assignment. You’ll be working directly with residents to assess housing needs, prevent homelessness, and provide tailored housing advice in line with the Housing Act 1996.
- Carry out face-to-face housing needs assessments
- Deliver creative housing solutions and homelessness prevention support
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
- Maintain accurate case records
- Work across Huddersfield and Dewsbury Library Hubs
- Full-time (37 hrs/week), Monday–Friday
- Office-based role in Huddersfield (HD1 2TG)
- Supportive team environment with training provided
