A local government entity is seeking a Housing Integration Manager to enhance service delivery for vulnerable groups in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will drive integration activities across various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and providing leadership within the Housing Senior Leadership team. A relevant degree and extensive experience in housing development and health care partnerships is essential. This is a permanent, full-time role located in Scotland, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact on community support services.

Please note that with effect from 1 April 2023 , where a role requires PVG membership, candidates will be required to meet the cost of the PVG membership. This applies only to roles with a full time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above . (Teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above (currently £31,505 per annum / £ 17.31 per hour).
The Council will pay for the PVG membership cost initially, either £18 for existing PVG scheme members, or £59 for non-members , and this cost will be deducted from an employee’s first FULL month’s salary payment.
The Housing Integration Manager will drive integration activity across stakeholders (including Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership, NHS Grampian, Community Planning Aberdeen, Private Sector, Third Sector partners) to realise improved delivery of appropriate and sustainable accommodation for particularly vulnerable groups.
The postholder will have strategic responsibility for the design and delivery of more integrated arrangements that better reflect the needs of vulnerable groups and ensure compliance within our statutory responsibilities and regulatory frameworks.
The postholder will be the lead housing interface within our Fairer Futures Pathfinder to support the key aim of better meeting the needs of vulnerable people through the development of the Family Support Model.
As a member of the Housing Senior Leadership team and ACHSCP, the postholder will work collaboratively, providing visible leadership, direction and guidance to support the overall vision for the cluster and to ensure delivery across the professional structures and frameworks.
