To serve this ambition, we are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with agency experience to drive our global marketing campaigns, with a focus on Dedicated Running. This role will report to the Senior Lead of Marketing Campaigns for Performance (Run, Outdoor, and Sustainability). It will involve leading global marketing campaigns, supported by a Senior Specialist, in collaboration with our creative studio, channels, and regional stakeholders. • Lead the development and execution of complex Global Marketing Campaigns, with a focus on Run, Outdoor & Sustainability, from briefing to delivery. Ensuring each campaign resonates with our communities and achieves our strategic objectives.
• Foster collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion, leveraging the expertise of each department to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
• Guide and mentor your direct report to help them reach their full potential.
• Monitor campaign performance and metrics rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously optimize and refine our strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness in finding solutions that maintain momentum and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Own the project management of campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Represent our run communities, ensuring each campaign resonates and achieves our strategic objectives.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Campaign Management within a creative advertising agency, coupled with proven leadership experience, is required for this role.
• You have the tenacity to solve hard problems, exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow-through skills - all with sight of the bigger picture.
• Proven track record in successfully coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• You have a strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns.
• You have a passion for performance sports and the communities driving its evolution. Passion for running and the outdoors is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to meet tight timelines, prioritize tasks, and find solutions without compromising quality or positivity.
• Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus
