We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to oversee treasury activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You’ll provide targeted advice to our Treasury and Finance teams across relevant activities, including capital and liquidity management, interest rate risk management, and asset liability management.

• Developing, maintaining, and enforcing treasury policies
• Overseeing treasury procedures and related internal controls
• Advising leadership on regulatory compliance matters impacting treasury activities across jurisdictions
• Collaborating with Regulatory Compliance and Legal teams
• Aligning treasury compliance activities with group-wide strategies and standards
• Assessing compliance with key treasury regulations, including EMIR, CRR, liquidity requirements, SFTR, securitisation rules, and large exposures
• Supporting annual safeguarding audit processes
• Ensuring readiness for regulatory reviews
• Tracking emerging regulations such as repo-clearing requirements
• Providing Treasury with sufficient lead time to operationalise regulatory changes
• Partnering with Risk, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance considerations and controls into treasury products, funding, and hedging derivatives activity
• Acting as the first point of contact for regulatory compliance queries within Treasury
• Providing proactive guidance to ensure alignment with EU and UK regulations

• 5+ years of compliance experience in treasury, liquidity, or financial risk management, either with a bank, financial institution, or fintech (covering liquidity, capital, or funding management)
• Background in process design or enhancements to strengthen compliance programmes for treasury regulations and reporting obligations
• Technical knowledge of regulatory requirements for liquidity, capital adequacy, and large exposures, from identification to implementation
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines

• Familiarity with treasury-related regulations, including EMIR, CRR, SFTR, liquidity requirements, and safeguarding rules
• Experience on a global team
• Adaptability to working in a fast-paced environment
