We focus on delivering the people agenda on large‑scale, complex change programmes and transforming the HR function through technology.
Key capabilities:
The role supports financial services organisations – banks, insurance companies, FMIs, wealth and asset managers, and fintechs – as they adapt to changes such as digitisation, regulation, analytics or new technology. Our clients continually redesign parts of their organisation and we help them implement those changes.
This is a 12‑month secondment/12‑month FTC to cover maternity leave.
