Job summary
A leading investment firm in London is seeking an Investment Analyst to enhance the Investment Team with new acquisitions in prime Grade A Offices, Residential, and Hotels. The ideal candidate has 18-24 months of experience in real estate investment or finance and possesses strong analytical and financial modelling skills. This role offers a valuable opportunity to work hands-on in an environment focused on executing deals and gaining transaction exposure.
Qualifications
- 18-24 months' experience in real estate investment, advisory, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling.
- Ability to interpret market and financial data with clarity.
Responsibilities
- Build and update financial models to evaluate investment and development opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment analyses, valuations, and business cases.
- Support acquisition processes, including due diligence coordination.
