PRODUCTION OPERATIVES REQUIRED - ANSTY PARK, COVENTRY

We are recruiting experienced Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company in the Ansty Park area of Coventry. • Location: Ansty Park, Coventry
• Position: Production Operative
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

• 07:00 - 16:00 | Monday - Friday
• 15:00 - 00:00 | Monday - Friday

• £12.30 per hour starting rate
• £10 shift allowance applicable per completed shift on PM shifts

• Despatch Department:
  • Picking and packing goods efficiently
  • Handling heavy items and manual lifting tasks
  • Performing repetitive work with accuracy
  • Ensuring quality control standards are met
• Production Department:
  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing machines
  • Managing production processes with precision
  • Handling heavy goods as part of daily operations
  • Maintaining safety and operational standards

• Previous experience working on a production line in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift heavy goods safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliable transport or local residency to ensure punctual attendance
