Are you passionate about quality and precision? Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our high-performing team at the Roto Factory. In this vital position, you'll act as the final gatekeeper of product quality, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets the highest standards.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be a visible presence on the production floor, working closely with our operators to perform rigorous checks and inspections, while playing a key role in maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Partner with production teams to complete safety and quality checks
• Manage non-conforming product processes, documentation, and resolutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems, procedures, and process improvements within the quality department.
• Support training, audits, and quality-related improvements
• Champion a culture of compliance and continuous improvement

What You'll Need:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths or relevant manufacturing experience
• Experience in quality control or production, ideally in plastics
• Strong problem-solving skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and team-focused attitude
