Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Communication and Events Coordinator to join the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration for Greater Manchester (ARC-GM). This is an exciting opportunity to work across six research themes and four enabling strategies, ensuring consistent, high-quality communications and events that showcase impactful health and social care research.

You will lead on planning and delivering events, managing digital channels, and creating engaging content that connects diverse stakeholders—from researchers and clinicians to community partners and the public. Collaboration is at the heart of this role : you’ll work closely with theme leads and operational teams to promote cross-theme learning and engagement, driving visibility and knowledge sharing across Greater Manchester and beyond.
