An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This boutique investment firm has a London office of around 80 employees and is known for its dynamic, high-performing culture and stylish working environment.
Working closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. You'll take ownership of the reception area and front-of-house operations, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and AV set-ups, handling courier deliveries, managing office supplies, and assisting with restaurant bookings and ad hoc administrative tasks.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who thrives in a corporate environment and is looking to grow into office management or facilities in the future. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values high standards and rewards hard work.
- Greet clients and guests professionally, offering refreshments and coordinating meeting room logistics
- Liaise with Executive Assistants and Office Manager for meeting requirements and urgent tasks
- Organise catering, restaurant bookings, and couriers
- Oversee office supply inventory and liaise with the building manager as needed
- Maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of front-of-house
- Previous experience in a corporate reception role, ideally within professional services (finance, law, investment)
