We are recruiting for a Deputy Director of DEI & OD, one of four newly created senior roles, to help shape and deliver our ambitious Brilliant People Strategy and Culture Transformation Programme. Reporting directly to the newly appointed Director of DEI & OD, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformational change, drive inclusive leadership and talent development, and embed equity and compassion across our organisation. You will be a key member of the Senior People Team, working collaboratively across the Trust, the Integrated Care System (ICS), and regional and national networks.
