This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering our strategic ambitions for an inclusive, high-performing culture across the Trust. You will lead the development and implementation of our DEI and OD strategies, embedding them into every aspect of organisational life-from recruitment and leadership development to cultural transformation and staff experience.
