An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This boutique investment firm has a London office of around 80 employees and is known for its dynamic, high-performing culture and stylish working environment.
Working closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. You'll take ownership of the reception area and front-of-house operations, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and AV set-ups, handling courier deliveries, managing office supplies, and assisting with restaurant bookings and ad hoc administrative tasks.
