A retail company in Chertsey is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. This position involves taking charge in the absence of the Store Manager and working 40 hours each week. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management along with excellent communication and leadership abilities. This role offers opportunities for skill development and a supportive work environment.

Responsabilités
- Assist in the daily operations of the store.
