Neway International are seeking a Repairs Supervisor (L4Z2 - Mid) to join our client based with Camden Council.

Location: Holmes Road Depot
Hours: 36 per week (08:00 – 16:30)
Start Date: 12 January 2026
End Date: 16 January 2026
Pay Rates: £27.07 PAYE / £35.43 Umbrella
Closing Date: Monday 29 December 2025, 17:00
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

The Role

The Repairs Supervisor will oversee building services and maintenance activities during a short-term project workload peak. This role requires effective leadership, compliance oversight, and coordination of repair operations to ensure service delivery standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise repair teams and contractors to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and council policies.
  • Monitor workloads, schedules, and performance to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide clear communication and support to staff and stakeholders.
  • Report progress and issues to the Client Manager and Owner.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in building services, maintenance, or repairs supervision.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workload peaks effectively.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with supporting documentation (CV, Photo ID, Right to Work, Criminal Convictions Declaration, Confidentiality Agreement).
