Are you an Interior Architect with experience working on exclusive residential projects and looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to work on a number of esteemed projects both nationally and internationally?

This company is an award-winning interior design firm whose owner is a dominant figure within the industry. With their expertise, they work within the super-prime, high-end residential sector, with a strong focus on classic renovation and refurbishment, with project values reaching into the millions. They collaborate with very exclusive clientele both within the UK and internationally. They are now looking to add to their talented and dynamic workforce with this fantastic opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities and be predominantly based in their office, with occasional opportunities to visit sites. You will work closely with the Senior Designer, producing detailed technical drawings. Once the drawings are complete, you will also be responsible for creating visuals in Photoshop for client presentations and ensuring the initial design ideas meet client expectations. During meetings, you will be responsible for taking meeting minutes and distributing them to the team. Additionally, there will be an element of administrative duties, including organising and filing the CAD drawings.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a passionate Interior Architect looking to use their knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp on a range of prestigious residential projects. Strong organisational skills will also be essential for this role.
