A leading equipment rental provider is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Chesterfield. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing orders, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and excellent communication skills. It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business: looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In the role of Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service while using your product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with customers via telephone, email, and responding to website requests. You’ll manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers. You'll need to think on your feet and use your initiative to ensure we deliver the best experience and continually improve our service.
