Job Description

You’ll be joining our organisation design team as an organisational design and effectiveness manager within our Support Centre office, in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

• The role is a 12-month FTC and full time
• Hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the Support Centre
• Occasional travel required

Your role

• Working on projects to improve organisational performance and optimise structures
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand, assess, and document current processes, workflows, and ways of working, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements
• Designing structures and ways of working aligned with organisational objectives
• Facilitating workshops and discussions with stakeholders to understand current state, surface opportunities, and co-create scalable designs

Your skills

• Experience in organisation design and/or effectiveness
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to produce high-quality documents for senior stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
