HVAC Technical Sales Consultant

The HVAC Technical Sales Consultant plays a critical role in our sales team, handling inquiries directly to Jordon Group, cross-selling within Bellrock, and developing a dedicated sales pipeline through business development.

As an HVAC Technical Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Become an expert in retail industry sectors such as Petrol Forecourts, Convenience Stores, Farm Shops, Coffee Shops, Fast Food outlets, and opportunities like office refits and high street retailers.
  • Complete initial site surveys using tools like Site Audit Pro.
  • Collaborate with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, builders, contractors) with strong communication skills.
  • Work effectively with internal teams.
  • Understand the turnkey shop fit process, including shop fronts, joinery, electrical, lighting, plumbing, shelving, counters, refrigeration, heating & cooling, ventilation, with training provided.
  • Write accurate quotes.
  • Sell effectively, with support and development from us.
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships with excellent service skills.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry drivers and customer motivations.
  • Have Health and Safety training (SPA Passport, Asbestos Awareness, etc.).
  • Possess experience or understanding of AC/HVAC system design.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to energize our business as an HVAC Technical Sales Consultant, you will need:

  • Existing CAD training and certification or willingness to undertake training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with our systems such as Epix.
  • Experience with our CRM system.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of building regulations (Part L, Part F).
  • Experience with quoting, estimating, or designing HVAC systems.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Working arrangements

This role is based in Oldham, Manchester, with full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
