40 hours per week Monday to Friday term-time only – all weekends off!

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are looking for a Chef Manager with fantastic craft skills and a background of developing and leading a team, to help us create an outstanding food offer at our secondary school site in Farnborough GU14. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager or for someone who is ready to take the first step into Chef Management, to work in a lovely school supported by a great team.

The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations within the school, ensuring high‑quality food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing kitchen staff. This role involves menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food service.
