A support centre for adults in Glasgow is looking for dedicated individuals to support and monitor healthcare needs, promote independence, and maintain accurate records. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and building relationships with those we support. Offering a competitive rate of £12.60 to £12.81 per hour, this position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Qualifications
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to administer medications and provide personal care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

We provide a dynamic environment where individuals can enjoy activities such as arts, music, cooking, and social events, fostering independence and personal growth. Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in helping people live meaningful lives—whether that’s organising a baking competition, supporting a pamper morning, or exploring the local community.
- Support and monitor healthcare needs, including administering medication and providing personal care.
- Promote independence and respect individuality in line with each person’s Support Plan.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the people we support to ensure high‑quality care and communication.

Our day centre operates six days a week, offering working hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm. We have vacancies for contracts ranging from 24 to 30 hours per week.
£12.60 to £12.81 per hour plus benefits
