A specialist provider in energy and waste seeks an Engineering Team Leader in Tees Valley. You will lead a team, work on client sites with specialist equipment, and ensure high-quality services while adhering to health and safety standards. £38,000‑£45,000 expected earnings + 10% bonus + great benefits
Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm - expect 2 nights away from home
If you're an experienced engineer who enjoys leading from the front and taking pride in delivering high-quality work, this role could be a great fit.
We're recruiting an Engineering Team Leader for a specialist provider supporting the energy, waste and biomass sectors. You'll travel to client sites across the UK (with overnight stays away), work hands‑on with specialist equipment, and lead a small, motivated team.
Please note: While you'll receive excellent training, you must come from an engineering, mechanical maintenance, or plant/machinery maintenance background. This is essential for success in the role.
