A government authority in the UK is looking for inspectors responsible for ensuring compliance with covert investigatory powers. The role involves planning and conducting inspections, interviewing management, and drafting high-quality reports for accountability assessments. IPCO has a dedicated team of Inspectors who are responsible for ensuring that over 600 public authorities meet the appropriate standards, set out in legislation and Codes of Practice, in their use of covert investigatory powers.
