Job summary

A local government authority in the United Kingdom is looking for a part-time Cleaner to work 17.5 hours per week at the Pickaquoy Lifestyles Centre. 17.5 hours per week, 3.5 hours per day worked Monday – Friday after 5.00pm

£28,192 - £28,462 pro rata / £14.61 - £14.75 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)

Applications are invited from motivated individuals to undertake cleaning duties at the above establishment. You will be required to carry out a range of cleaning activities following written procedures and using your own initiative where necessary.

Duties include the use of cleaning products and powered cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners to ensure the premises are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

You should have a minimum of experience of cleaning duties in a home or commercial environment.

Knowledge and use of cleaning equipment both manual and electrical is required.

This is a lone working position with keyholder responsibilities.
