Influence Manager Role (6 Month FTC)

EXPERIENCE: 5-6 YEARS

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team dedicated to a large beauty brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives. You will lead a team of Influencer Executives and work closely with clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and impactful results.

In this role, you will manage influencer campaigns, which includes identifying, implementing, overseeing, and reporting on them. Responsibilities entail maintaining an updated influencer database and keeping informed about cultural trends and customer attitudes.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, ambitious, and possess strong social media interest, relationship-building skills, and stakeholder management experience. Proven ability to integrate digital and social media into campaigns is essential. Additionally, management skills for clients, internal teams, and projects are necessary to ensure timely and strategic alignment with the brands.

Overall, you will be passionate and enthused about all aspects of influencer marketing, providing insights and perspective on cultural, platform and social trends that can drive inspiring client work consistently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious, with a positive "can-do" attitude.

Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify key influencer segments (macro, micro, nano, celebrity, etc.) and determine collaboration models suited to campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with brand, social, PR, and e-commerce teams to integrate influencer activity into wider marketing campaigns.
  • Manage annual and campaign budgets for influencer marketing initiatives.
Influencer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting processes.
  • Manage influencer onboarding, creative briefings, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Foster long-term ambassador relationships with high-performing partners.
Campaign Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end process of paid influencer campaigns - from ideation to content delivery and performance analysis.
  • Manage product seeding and gifting initiatives to drive organic advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising standards and disclosure regulations (ASA, FTC, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs, showcasing the impact and ROI of influencer marketing activities.
Trend Analysis & Innovation
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry.
  • Continuously explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to keep the client's influencer marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
  • Be responsible for trend-led activations inclusive of brief and campaign output within a tight timeframe to position the client at the centre of culture.
Platform & Industry Knowledge
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers and industry partners.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
  • Familiarity with both mass-market and luxury beauty sectors.
  • Experience working with both paid and organic influencer programs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, especially on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap Chat and emerging platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Traackr).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage cultural and social trends.

If you are a results-oriented, strategic, and creative individual with a passion for influencer marketing, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and help us develop "best in class" ongoing influencer programs that integrate into our clients' overall strategies.
