In this role, you will:

• Manage planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple site engineering projects and personnel.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and expectations.
• Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Read, interpret, and prepare site engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, modifications, and repairs to clients and staff.
• Assist with business development activities such as client needs analysis, research, and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including land development projects.
• Experience in plan and specification development and contract administration.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of local site permitting processes and requirements.
• Valid driver's license, as travel may be required.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and credentials.
