A recruitment consultancy in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the team. The role involves managing travel arrangements, invoicing, and client interactions. Candidates should have a solid background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model.

We are looking for a full time and experienced administrator based in our Edinburgh office to provide a full support to our team of fee earners. This is a varied and busy role and will be at the heart of the team’s success. Duties will include dealing with everything from booking meetings and travel, organising candidate calls, planning events, invoicing, updating information on our CRM systems and a whole host of other business administration duties.
We work in a hybrid model (typically 2-3 days in the office a week).
We are seeking an effective communicator and organised problem solver who can prioritise in a bustling environment. As Project Coordinator you will interact with clients and Senior Executives, so we are looking for a confident, experienced individual who understands that quality and care is key.
