A community healthcare provider in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their Primary Care Home team. The role involves delivering clinical interventions to patients in various community settings, including wound care, insulin administration, and end-of-life support. Candidates should be caring and compassionate with a willingness to work weekends. The position is part-time at 22.5 hours per week.
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY, NOT TO BE MISSED! We are looking for caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to become part of our Primary Care Home (PCH) team to deliver clinical interventions for patients with a wide range of health care needs in a variety of community settings.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will gain experience in many clinical skills including but not limited to:
The post holder will visit patients in their own homes or residential care to deliver these interventions either on their own or with another clinical member of staff. We will provide support and education to develop the required skills. We have a robust lone worker policy ensuring your safety whilst working within the community.

This post is 22.5 hours. Shift patterns can vary across the core hours of 0830 - 1630, Monday to Sunday. Applicants will be required to work weekend and bank holiday shift, working on a rotational basis.
