A respected engineering consultancy in Bristol is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead and oversee a range of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive UK design consultancy experience, particularly in residential projects, and strong client liaison skills. This role offers a competitive salary, flexible holiday allowance, a pension scheme, and the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of the Bristol office while working on technically interesting projects. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded, award-winning civil and structural engineering consultancy that is expanding its Bristol office. With decades of experience delivering technically excellent and buildable solutions across multiple sectors, my client is known for its collaborative culture, innovation, and focus on quality.
You’ll lead and oversee a range of civil engineering projects, from residential schemes to complex infrastructure, ensuring quality design and delivery. In addition, you’ll play a key part in growing and mentoring the civil engineering team, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the Bristol office.
