Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager / Leading Property Business / East Croydon / Training provided. Are you a proven Property Administrator, Lettings Assistant or Assistant Property Manager looking for a career with a leading property brand in South London? We are a leading employer that offers structured training, qualifications, career development, excellent benefits and reward.

Working from the South London office in East Croydon, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management Team in running a local high end portfolio.

Monday to Friday only – 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager(s) on an allocated portfolio and provide day to day administration support.
  • Manage relationships with clients, leaseholders, tenants, contractors and onsite personnel.
  • Log and manage any property issues with the relevant Property Manager.
  • Attend client meetings and major works administration as required.
  • Draft budgets, expenditure, service charge and major works administration.
  • Attend local building inspections to gather information.
  • Manage the team email inboxes and routine enquiries, directing queries to relevant departments.
  • Handle incoming calls and mail for the relevant Property Manager.
  • Support Site contractors performance e.g. scheduling repairs.
  • Maintain CRM records and attendance records of on-site personnel.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within the property or related sector e.g. Housing, Facilities, Lettings or Block Management.
  • Proven administration / coordination experience.
  • Good customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Good level of IT skills and use of CRM.
  • Clear and concise communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
