The Role

As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and delivering cost consultancy services across a variety of projects
  • Providing cost planning, estimates, procurement advice and tender documentation
  • Managing post-contract duties including valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Working closely with clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

  • MRICS qualified (essential)
  • Strong consultancy experience, ideally with multi-sector exposure
  • Confident client-facing abilities and excellent communication skills
