Job summary

A leading accountancy and business advisory firm in Glasgow is seeking a professional for their Global Employer Services team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax compliance and advisory services with a focus on employee share ownership. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, expertise in reward tax, and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients
  • Assist directors and partners with tax compliance services
  • Develop targets for business growth

Skills

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options
In-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and reward tax
Expertise on split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements
Experience in the preparation of share valuations
Staff management and mentoring experience
Awareness of accounting, employment law implications
Experience dealing directly with clients
Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

Education

CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified
