Qualifications

• Proven experience in a bookkeeping or similar finance role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Manage credit cards.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Management of asset registers.
• Support year-end financial audit queries.
• Assist in compiling regulatory returns.
• Adhere to Financial Conduct Authority Rules.
