Job Description

Joining as an Accountant based from their near Midsomer Norton offices you will provide year end accounts preparation and tax compliance service provision, bookkeeping, VAT compliance and provide other services to a varied client base of sole trader, partnership and limited company SME's and OMB's of varying size and industry sector. Over time as you develop within the firm and role you will benefit from increasing responsibility, client contact and also assist more junior / trainee staff in a mentoring and review capacity, helping in their technical development. You will work closely with managers and directors here as a key addition.

The Successful Applicant

You may be any of AAT studying or hold the AAT qualification and / or, be pursuing ACCA / ACA qualifications. Equally you may have developed a relevant experienced background and will have anything from 2 - 3 years, or significantly more experience within a UK based accountancy practice with experience of preparing year end accounts, tax and wider service provision to a varied client base. You will be looking for a firm and role where you can develop further within your accountancy practice career within a firm and role offering progression and development.
