Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients
• Assist directors and partners with tax compliance services
• Develop targets for business growth

Skills

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options

In-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and reward tax

Expertise on split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements

Experience in the preparation of share valuations

Staff management and mentoring experience

Awareness of accounting, employment law implications

Experience dealing directly with clients

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

Education

Degree level (LLB preferred)

CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified
