Overview

I am recruiting for a Zendesk End User Training Specialist to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to Holland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions and materials that enable end users (internal staff and external customers) to effectively interact with the Zendesk Help Center and support system.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Zendesk end users (e.g., customers, employees).
• Create training materials such as user guides, quick reference sheets, video tutorials, and FAQs.

• Proven experience in delivering Zendesk user training.
• Strong understanding of the Zendesk Help Center, ticketing system, and customer portal.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
