A leading educational staffing agency is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker for a full-time position in a secondary school in Cardiff. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:15am-15:15pm
We are working with a lovely, well-respected secondary school in Cardiff who are seeking a dedicated and resilient Youth Worker to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people aged 11–16, particularly those who may present with challenging behaviour or barriers to learning. You will play a vital role in helping pupils feel supported, understood and motivated throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
