Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable or SEN learners in an educational or training setting.
• Strong support and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Offering tailored support in literacy, numeracy and digital skills.
• Building positive relationships with learners using a strength-based approach.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support in the classroom.
• Using coaching techniques to build learner confidence and resilience.
• Supporting design and delivery of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
• Assisting learners in workplace placements.
