Job summary

An organization focused on supporting adopted individuals seeks a Project Manager for the Banter Project in Northern Ireland. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and young people.
• Ability to engage young people in a fun and interactive manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Banter Project for adopted young people.
• Organise and supervise the work of the Youth Services Support Worker.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress.

Skills

Experience of managing groups for young people

Experience of planning and delivering group based personal and social development programmes

Youth & Community knowledge

Education

Qualified RQF level 6 (Bachelor’s Degree) or equivalent
