Qualifications

  • Experience of youth work and/or training delivery.
  • Experience with under-served or marginalised communities.
  • Ability to work with community and educational stakeholders.
  • Experience providing pastoral support to young people.
  • Experience building partnerships for project success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and retain partnerships in local communities.
  • Lead local delivery teams and Community Champions.
  • Complete risk assessments for sessions.
  • Mentor Community Champions and Facilitators.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders.
