Job summary

A local government authority in London is seeking a Young People’s Pathway Manager to support homeless young people through the Routes to Independence Pathway. Responsibilities

  • Support young people through the Routes to Independence Pathway stages and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective recording systems and analyse data to inform decisions.

  • Network at all levels, building relationships to achieve objectives and improve processes.
  • Manage multiple urgent tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
