Job description

We are looking for a strong Year 6 Class Teacher for two terms, beginning in January 2025.

You will be working within a supportive and friendly school where children are engaged with their learning and feel safe and happy at school.

This Year 6 class has experienced some disruption in recent times and so we are looking for a confident and committed teacher to re-establish a sense of focus and direction.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 6 Class Teacher you will:

  • Be a qualified teacher with qualified teacher status in the UK
  • Be able to provide two recent references to support your teaching employment
  • Be able to provide full DBS clearance
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a confident communicator and the ability to use your own initiative when required
  • Familiarity with and commitment to the teaching standards and professional code of conduct
