  • Inspire pupils through clear routines, positive reinforcement and structured expectations
  • Use assessment to identify next steps for learning and support pupils of all abilities
  • Build positive partnerships with families and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Contribute to consistent standards and pupil development across the school
