Are you an experienced Year 4 Class Teacher with a desire to raise pupils' attainment and create a stimulating, supportive environment in which all pupils of all abilities can strive to achieve their best? Do you have high expectations of all children and plan lessons according to the variety of abilities within the class? Xpert Education is recruiting Year 4 teachers for several schools in London.

If you feel that you can:

  1. Take responsibility for a class of children and instill a desire to learn and take interest in the wider world along with a deep sense of themselves as successful learners.
  2. Secure high rates of progress that close gaps and ensure every child secures high levels of skills in all subjects. This includes excellent use of pupil data, rigorous assessments, and marking and feedback.
  3. Use the academy’s relationships policy to establish and maintain a calm, purposeful environment that optimizes learning and emotional health.
  4. Maintain productive and regular communication with parents and carers, and work with them sensitively in line with the school’s vision and policies.
  5. Maintain a deep commitment to your own professional development using opportunities to strengthen your own practice.
