Overview

We are working with a small village school in the North Aylesbury area who require a Year 4 teacher for long term cover from September 2025.

This role doesn't include planning, therefore the successful candidate will be expected to deliver the lessons planned and provided by the school. Marking of books is expected as with all supply cover.

The role is ideally full time, however 3 days would be considered.

The requirements -

To be a successful Year 4 teacher you will need to;

• Be a Qualified Teacher holding QTS with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education. NQTs/ECTs also welcome to apply
• Have the ability and experience of working within Key Stage 2
• Be adaptable to all working surroundings
• Inspire and have a passion to educate
• Strong classroom presence
• Be commited and reliable
• All candidates will be subject to a full registration interview including safe guarding questions, reference and DBS checks (following KCSIE 2024)
