Qualifications & Training
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential).
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Evidence of recent, relevant professional development (desirable).
Experience
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 3.
- Proven ability to support children with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL.
- Experience delivering strong pupil outcomes through effective teaching and assessment.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and Primary Frameworks.
- Ability to plan creatively to engage and inspire learners.
- Effective behaviour management and relationship‑building skills.
- Confident use of assessment to improve learning.
- Competent use of ICT for teaching and administrative tasks
