Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 – 17 : 00

Pay Rate : £12.35 per hour

Job Description We

are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our recycling team. This is a hands‑on role supporting daily operations within a busy yard environment, helping to ensure materials are processed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning and maintenance of the yard area
• Moving and stacking pallets
• Assisting on the sorting line
• Sorting different types of plastic film for recycling
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Supporting the team with general yard duties as required

Requirements

• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to work outdoors in a yard environment
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to follow health and safety procedures
• Previous recycling or yard experience is an advantage, but not essential
